FOREVER YOUNG/continued saga of the couch in a box

Well as promised the saga of the couch in a box continues.  Still my mom is without her couch, and there is no word what happened to it.

I placed a call with the main store this morning, and they told m,e so far it hasn't come in.  I was told they would call me and let me know the status... and as of 4pm no one called, not even the store I purchased the couch from.  I just want to know something, wouldn't you...

 So I decided to call the main store again, only to find out that the service person I communicated my problem to, had gone home for the day.. oops did she forget to call me, I believe she did, or she just didn't want to tell me my couch hasn't been shipped from the manufacturer, or maybe not made.. it's only been five weeks.. etc. etc.

Now what's a person to do.... I don't like any of the other couches in the store, and if I order another one, instead of waiting for the couch I originally ordered, how much longer will I have to wait for that one and then have to go through the same process.... well this person, meaning me, will not wait much longer because I will go to the top... owner of the stores,. etc. etc.

so given it another week and then the fireworks begin..
